    Flood Warnings continue in Lucas, Wood, Hancock, Ottawa, Sandusky, Allen, Putnam, Henry, Fulton, Williams, Defiance, Paulding and Marion Counties.  Most rivers in northwest Ohio have crested, but remain above flood stage.

    It was a very dry start to the spring season with only 0.73" of rain in the month of March. In the past 3 days, 2-3" of rain has fallen in many locations. The highest rain totals have fallen south of Toledo.
