Yellow squash bake

Recipe from Angie Thurman of Indianapolis, Ind.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour

One large yellow squash
One large sliced yellow onion
One large sliced tomato
Garlic powder
Mrs. Dash original
Salt and pepper

  1. After all vegetables are sliced, put them in a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with the seasoning and mix them all together.
  3. Place in a 9x13 inch pan sprayed with Pam, dot with butter on top
  4. Bake covered at 350 for one hour.

Servings: 8

Comments: Delicious!!! You can also sprinkle top with parmesan cheese if you like, I have tried both ways.
