Chef Marty's Pressure Cooker Turkey Meatloaf

You'll Need:
2 lbs ground turkey breast
1/2 cp finely diced onion
1/2 cp finely diced red pepper
1/2 cp diced squash such as yellow crook neck
1 egg
1/2 dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
2 tsp dry thyme
8 cloves crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper 

Sauce
8 oz tomato sauce
1/2 cp water
1/2 cp raisins or crassins
2 tbls sugar
2 tbls cider vinegar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

To cook in the oven:
Mix together all turkey loaf ingredients form into a loaf and place in a 2 qt baking dish
