No Criminal Charges after Deadly UTV Crash

Police say there will be no criminal charges filed after a utility vehicle crash in Amity Township killed an 8-year-old girl.

Kaleigh Katulich died earlier this month when the vehicle rolled over on top of her.

49-year-old Louis Haibach was the only adult on the vehicle at the time. According to police, he won't face criminal charges, but he will be cited for allowing a minor to operate the vehicle.
