Erie Police Searching For Suspect In Brazen Armed Robbery

Erie police are looking for the suspect in a brazen armed robbery on Erie's east side.

It happened a little after 9 a.m., in the parking lot of the Country Fair at 8th and East Avenue.
Erie police say a black male, armed with a gun, wearing a black hoodie and ski mask, robbed a store manager as she left the store to make a bank deposit.
Investigators say he slammed her head against a wall, dragged her on the ground, and got away with an undisclosed amount of money from the bank deposit bag.
Police are still working to identify the suspect.
