Erie's VA Medical Center Expands

Erie's Veteran's Affairs (VA) Medical Center will soon have the capacity to help more people.

The hospital is adding 11 clinicians and support staff. These new workers will provide evening hours for patients and expand the v-a's mental health operations.

Seven of these new positions have already been filled.

The expansion is part of the VA's nationwide effort to treat the needs of returning veterans.
