Football is a very important part of my life but Faith, Family, and friends are the most important! Sometimes with all the hustle and bustle of life we sometimes forget to take a step back and realize the good friends and family we have.
I bring this up this week because Fr. Bacik of Corpus Christi parish on the University of Toledo just did his last mass this past Sunday. It was a very emotional day. Fr. has been a priest for 50 yrs and a priest at toledo for 30 yrs! He impacted so many peoples lives from students to adults to the community!
We were very fortunate to have Fr. Bacik marry us last June and he has played a part in preparing us for what marriage can be like. He is more then just a priest; He is a Leader, a teacher, and most importantly a friend! No matter what your faith is or what you believe in, sometimes it's good to take a step back and realize the important people in your life today! Tell them thank you!
