Cruise Ship Docks in Erie

A large cruise ship is spending part of today and tonight in Erie.

 The Grand Mariner tied up at Dobbins Landing around noon. It is scheduled to leave around midnight.

 The ship, with 64 passengers, is on a 15 day cruise from Chicago around the Great Lakes then on to Rhode Island.

 Many of the passengers spent this afternoon touring the Erie bayfront and local historical sites.

The ship has stopped in Erie several times in the past.
