A Harborcreek man could spend more than two decades behind bars.
Monday, a judge sentenced 22 year old Jason Flowers to 7 to 22 years in jail, for attacking a man with a hatchet.
He's the same man who bludgeoned his mother's little dogs to death, the year before.
The hatchet attack happened last November, along the railroad tracks near 20th and Greengarden.
Flowers was on probation for beating the dogs to death.
He originally got 6 months to a year in that case, but was also re-sentenced today, to 1-2 years for killing the dogs.
