An Erie man who stabbed his step-father during a fight, will spend at least 15 months in prison.
Monday, a judge sentenced 32 year old Philip Bruno to between 15 months and 5 years in jail.
In February, he stabbed his 54 year old step-father during an argument.
It happened in a house in the 2800 block of Sigsbee street.
Bruno pled guilty to aggravated assault, back in June.
