Close friends and family of Erie TV personality Jeanne Carnes celebrated her life with a memorial on Saturday.
Carnes hosted a daytime television show on WSEE for 17 years, and she passed away this July.
Her seven children, and other family members from across the country, came together in her honor.
The service took place at Simpson United Methodist Church.
Jeanne's children shared memories of her life and career.
"It was a wonderful career for her, she really thrived on it," recalled her son Robert Carnes. "She was often asked, 'aren't you nervous being on television?'- 'no, no problem'- and she truly meant that," he said. "She truly had no problem getting in front of the TV, it was just like a natural thing for her."
