Shots Fired in City; Two May be Wounded

Erie Police and emergency medical staff are rushing to the area of East 10th and Wallace, for reports of at least two people shot.

Initial reports are that both have been wounded in the lower bodies after neighbors report shots fired in the neighborhood.

Emergency scanner traffic reports both injuries as "Class 3" meaning moderate injuries.

Police initially told ambulance crews to stage away meaning the scene was not secure but are now allowing those workers into the neighborhood to treat the wounded.
