WOOD COUNTY, Ohio -
Kimberlie Gustwiller is set to appear in a Wood County Courtroom Monday morning on a charge of felony theft.
Investigators say the single mother-of-five claimed to have stage four non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, prompting friends and family members to hold fundraisers to help pay for her treatment.
But after multiple tips, police in North Baltimore discovered her illness was a lie.
