Erie Woman Headed To Trial For Vehicular Homicide

A Washington township woman is headed to trial, on vehicular homicide charges.

Police say 29 year old Kristin Graves was the driving a Jeep, which it veered off the Bayfront Parkway, near State street on July 10th.
It rolled, ejecting two passengers.
29 year old Kyle Rohan,was killed.
Police say Graves' blood alcohol level was almost three times the legal limit.
Her attorney indicates, he may argue his client wasn't driving when it happened.
The other passenger, Ryan King, suffered a concussion.
Apparently, he doesn't remember what happened.
