First of Its Kind Conference for Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation

The Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation this weekend is celebrating in a new way with the first ever faces2012 conference.

Its a national event, giving people a chance to see some of the faces, which make up the Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation. 

Doctors, Researchers and others gathered, to hear stories about why people support the foundation.

"There are so many stories we hear how about how they got involved and why the wanted to learn more," said Executive Director Mark Neidig. "Its really about wanting a better way to treat cancer, and this is affirmation that we're on the right track."      

People from 13 states, and Canada, will be in Erie this weekend. The conference continues on Saturday and Sunday, with keynote speaker Glen Beck addressing the crowd on Saturday. For more information head to http://www.kanziuscancerresearch.org/faces2012
