TOLEDO, Ohio -
Aside from some chilly air, the weather shouldn't slow anyone down as they seek to hit the polls this Election Day. Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan should remain dry through the polling hours of Tuesday. It will be cold, though, with Tuesday morning beginning near 29°, and highs only peaking near 47°, which is a good bit below average. After a bright start, clouds will thicken on Election Day afternoon.
After the polls close on Tuesday, some spotty, late-evening sprinkles and snow flurries will arrive from the west. They'll exit to the east on Wednesday, but no accumulations are expected because moisture will be so scarce.
