Millcreek Police, State Police and agents from the Attorney General's office were all on the scene investigating a residence in Millcreek that they suspect contains a meth lab.
Its in a mobile home park off of West Lake Road. The home is in the 600 block on Conti Drive.
Police have been investigating three individuals for three month now, and earlier Thursday, those individuals, two men and one woman, were taken into custody.
Neighbors we spoke with Thursday night tell us that the particular mobile home has been an issue for some time now, with people coming and going at all hours of the night. One neighbor says he is just shocked something like this happened here.
"Its a great little trailer court, everybody does get along with everybody," said John Listisen of Millcreek. "One bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch. Its just sad that these folks can go where they do and make this stuff. Its just easy to make."
Listisen continued to say that he believes this sort of problem is occurring all over the country, and something needs to be done before things get too out of control.
The three individuals are facing multiple charges, including conspiracy to manufacture and purchasing of ingredients to make meth. We will continue to bring you the latest as the details as they do come.
