The Erie man involved in a crash which killed a motorcyclist, will not be facing possible jail time.
It happened in September, near the corner of Peach and Grandview Boulevard.
Erie police say 54 year old Gregory Prylinski pulled into the path of the motorcycle, killing
57 year old Timothy Morrison.
Police have decided to write Prylinski two tickets in the crash.
One for a stop sign violation, the other for careless driving resulting in unintentional death.
Both charges usually result in fines, not jail time.
