TOLEDO, Ohio -
After a cold blast, the jet stream will relax and buckle back to the north for late this week heading into the upcoming weekend. This will bring above average temperatures and a better chance for rain for next weekend or early next week. Average highs for this time of the year is around 45 degrees with lows around 30 degrees. We could use a little rainfall after a dry October and November. Over the past 8 weeks, northwest Ohio has had about 3" of rain which is about 2" below average.
