Ebert Beeman Removed from County Council

When Ebert Beeman finishes serving time in prison, he will no longer be a member of Erie County Council.

This afternoon, President Judge Ernest DiSantis ruled to have Beeman removed from council.

Beeman is currently serving a year in prison on Social Security fraud.  While behind bars, he's refused to resign. 

This is a developing story, and we will have much more as it develops.
