The annual Schoolhouse Craft Festival is back this weekend. Over 100 crafters packed McDowell Intermediate for the festival.
This is the 23rd year for the festival, and each year, organizers tell us they try to add new vendors along with the returning favorites. A variety of unique gifts, decorations and different food items are available.
Proceeds from this weekend's festival help benefit the Asbury Woods Partnership, and organizers say community support helps to keep programs offered at Asbury Woods.
"Our community programming or our festivals, the community supports us and we're very, very lucky to be in a community like Erie where everyone rallies together for all these kinds of efforts," said Jennifer Herring with the Asbury Woods Partnership.
The festival will continue on Sunday from 10 AM - 4 PM.
