Jury Selection in Homicide Trial Scheduled for Monday

Jury selection is scheduled for Monday, for the Erie woman charged with gunning down her boyfriend in an East 18th Street apartment.

Rachel Kozloff, 31, is charged with the shooting death of 31-year-old Michael Henry. Police say she shot him to death in his upstairs apartment back in April. According to police, his infant son was in a nearby room. Police say the two had been dating and had a falling out.

Jury selection is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.
