Kozloff Takes the Stand

Rachel Kozloff takes the stand on the third day of her murder trial. 

A tearful Kozloff tells jurors she was just trying to get away when she shot her boyfriend, Mike Henry, to death on April 12th.  That followed testimony that Henry had struck her repeatedly during their two months together, and had injuried her at least twice by forcing her to have sex against her will.

The prosection will cross exam Kozloff this afternoon.
