Missing Morenci boys to be featured on 'John Walsh Investigates'

Posted: Updated:

The Morenci Police Department plans to partner with Walsh Productions to participate in the filming of an episode of John Walsh's new show "John Walsh Investigates."

The episode, portions of which will be filmed in Morenci, will profile the case of Andrew, Alexander and Tanner Skelton's disappearance and suspected murder.

Tanya Zuvers, the boys' mother calls it a golden opportunity.

"Its huge," she said. "This is what I've been praying for and wanting."

If filming and production goes as planned, the episode would air on the Lifetime Network at the end of January or early February.

Mr. Walsh has a successful history of partnering with law enforcement and profiling cases on his show America's Most Wanted.

Police hope the partnership will create an additional avenue to present aspects of the case to the public and further solicit information or leads about their whereabouts.

Zuvers agrees saying, "we will get that one tip that we've been looking for.  People watch his shows, people respect him and he gets answers."
