DA: No Charges Will Be Filed In Deadly Shooting

Erie's District Attorney Jack Daneri says no charges will be filed in a deadly shooting at a beer store last month.

The DA's office has decided not to file charges against the employee, who shot and killed a would-be robber.
It happened, at the Beer 4 Less store, on west 12th in Millcreek.
A store clerk killed 21 year old Patrick Atkin, of Lake City. 
Daneri says the shooting is considered justified, because the employee shot in self-defense.
