Kids TREC the Halls

Sleigh bells were ringing at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center, as Santa Claus came to town.

The center welcomed boys and girls to "TREC the halls", and take part in some festive activities.

Cookie decorating and wreath- making were just a couple of ways to have some holiday fun, and of course with only a couple of weeks until Christmas, Santa was on hand to take requests.

Organizers hoped the event would show kids what the center had to offer during the rest of the year, too.

Sponsors included the Kiwanis Club, Petra, and Crayola.
