Grinch handing out tickets for the holidays

The Grinch is at it again in Wyoming. But he's not stealing Christmas presents, he's helping to hand out tickets to speeders.

With the help of his trusty sidekick Max, he's on the side of the road with a radar gun.

Cheyenne, Wyoming police say he's working for them throughout the holiday season.
