Update: Anthony Taglianetti is expected in court Wednesday afternoon for a formal arraignment.
Prosecutors say they don't expect the case to go trial until next summer.
The Virginia man accused of killing Clymer, N.Y. Central School's superintendent will be back in Chautauqua county Tuesday afternoon, according to Chautauqua County Sheriff Joseph Gerace.
Police finally received the okay to bring him back to western New York.
Last week, Anthony Taglianetti did not file the paperwork to fight extradition from Virginia, where he is being held. This means he can be extradited to New York immediately to face murder charges.
42-year-old Anthony Taglianetti is charged with shooting and killing Clymer, NY school superintendent Keith Reed back in September.
Police arrested him in Virginia a few days after the shooting at Reed's Chautauqua county home. He's been sitting in a Virginia jail cell for close to three months.
