Hearing Postponed In Attempted Homicide Case

A hearing is postponed Monday afternoon, after a shooting victim failed to appear in court.

20-year-old Tymeen Williams is charged with shooting a man in the stomach, then robbing him. 34-year-old Darrian Beasley is also charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault, for the crime.

They both had their preliminary hearings scheduled for Monday. The shooting and robbery happened in the middle of the afternoon, in the 400 block West 8th Street back in October.

Their hearing was postponed because the victim didn't show up to court. It will be rescheduled for sometime next month.
