Monroe, Mich. student arrested for making threats

A 17-year-old Orchard Center High School student is in jail for making verbal and online threats on social networking sites.

Police are expected to file charges Tuesday and release the boy's name

Chief Assistant Prosecutor Joe Costello says the boy made reference to the 27 people killed in Connecticut and said "I can do 40."

The boy is being held at the Monroe County Jail.

The investigation is ongoing.
