The woman described as the mastermind in the "Pizza Bomber" case is reportedly filing an appeal with the Supreme Court.
Marjorie Diehl-Armstrong is serving life plus 30 years in the 2003 death of pizza deliveryman Brian Wells during a botched bank robbery.
She first appealed her conviction to the 3rd District Court of Appeals. Last month, they upheld the sentence, so she has now taken her case to the Supreme Court.
