The man accused of the murdering a western New York school superintendent, is back in Chautauqua county.
Tuesday night, police brought back 42 year old Anthony Taglianetti to Chautauqua county.
He's charged with shooting and killing Clymer, New York school superintendent, Keith Reed back in September.
Police arrested him in Virginia, a few days after the shooting at Reed's Chautauqua county home.
He had been sitting in a Virginia jail cell for close to three months.
Police finally got the okay to bring him back to western New York.
He's expected in court Wednesday afternoon for a formal arraignment.
Prosecutors say they don't expect the case to go trial until next summer.
