Man Shot outside Gentleman's Club

A man charged in a deadly shooting last summer, is now the victim of gun violence himself.  Police say the victim is Michael James.  He was rushed to the hospital after he was shot multiple times in an incident at Juliet's, a gentleman's club on West 8th Street.

The shots were fired about 1:30 AM Saturday. Police confirmed that the victim, Michael James, is the same man charged in the shooting death Teverous "Gooney" Williams last July. A key witness in that case failed to show and testify, so James was not prosecuted.

Police officials say they have been questioning people in connection with this shooting, but have not filed charges yet.
