Update: Shooting Outside Gentlemen's Club

Here's the latest update on the victim of a shooting outside an Erie gentlemen's club.

Michael James is in serious condition, in the UPMC Hamot ICU. He was shot outside Juliet's on West 8th Street early Saturday morning.

That name might sound familiar; he was charged with killing "Gooney" Williams this past July.

The key witness in that case failed to testify, and the charges against him were dropped.

So far no arrests have been made.
