What started as a fun day of sledding ended with a trip to the hospital for an Erie boy.
Lots of kids were out sledding on the hill behind Woodrow Wilson School today.
A six- year- old boy got too close to the stairs going up the hill, and hit the railing.
Paramedics found him responsive, but with a lower leg injury. They said it's possibly broken.
The child was taken to UPMC Hamot, and should be okay.
