Slick Roads Cause Cherry Street Accident

One person is recovering, following a accident in Millcreek Saturday morning.

It happened around 9:30 a.m. A car traveling North on Cherry Street lost control on the icy road, crossed the lane, and slammed into a truck.

Crews at the scene said the driver was trying to avoid another vehicle that was in a ditch.

Both vehicles had front end damage, and one woman was sent to the hospital.
