Man injured in Lenawee Co. home invasion

The Lenawee County Sheriff's Office and Madison Township Police responded to a report of a home invasion on Parr Highway near Maumee Street in Madison Township around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday.

A man was found inside the home suffering from injuries due to an assault.

The victim was flown by air ambulance to St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center in Toledo where he underwent surgery.

There are no suspects at this time.
