Recycle Live Christmas Trees Saturday

Millcreek and Fairview township residents looking to get rid of their Christmas trees can do so this Saturday.

The Millfair Compost and Recycling Center will be recycling live Christmas trees from 9 a.m. until noon. It's located at 2301 Millfair Road in Erie.

They will also be accepting donations for the Emmaus Soup Kitchen.

There is no limit to the number of trees donated for recycling. Last year, residents dropped off about 150 Christmas trees.
