Local first responders will hit the ice this weekend, for a good cause.
It's the 3rd annual Guns and Hoses charity hockey game this Saturday, at 3:00 p.m..
Area police, fire fighters, and EMS workers will face off.
This year, it's benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
"It's fun, it's a good time and it's for a great cause." Said organizer John Sorge with the West Ridge Fire Department.
"It's what we do. We're in public service and we actually want to give back and any opportunity that we can and this just seemed like a good chance to do that." Said organizer Rick Skonieczka with Millcreek Police.
The game starts at 3, at the Erie insurance arena, right before the Otters game.
Tickets are $10 dollars, which also gets you into the Otters game.
