The case of the 13-year old accused of killing his grandparents is being reviewed by a judge.
According to published reports, the judge met privately Thursday with Zachary Proper in a status conference.
He's accused of killing his grandparents, 67-year-old Dorothy Fross and 69-year-old George Fross, back in October. He reportedly told police he shot them because they were speaking poorly about his mother.
The Venango county District Attorney says the case is moving forward. The question is whether he'll be tried as an adult or a juvenile.
