Deep freeze nearing an end

TOLEDO, Ohio -

The recent deep freeze has been the most impressive since February of 2011. Since the heart of the cold started on Christmas Day, the area has only been above the freezing mark for a period of 3 hours earlier this week. We will snap out of the deep freeze later this coming week as the temperature warms up into the 40s.
