"Mothers Against Teen Violence" leader Sonya Arrington honored her son this Saturday, on the third anniversary of his death.
The anti-violence group invited the community to gather at the Booker T. Washington center for a vigil and talent show in honor of shooting victims.
DA Jack Daneri was there, as well as pastors, who addressed the crowd of over a hundred.
Arrington's son was shot back in 2010, and since then she's worked tirelessly make Erie a safer place to live.
All of the money collected as entrance fees will go toward more anti-violence events like this one.
