TOLEDO, Ohio -
A moisture-starved low pressure system is crossing the area this weekend, and it will only manage to produce some snow showers and some patchy freezing drizzle. Early this Saturday evening, light snow was falling across much of central and northeastern Indiana, and this will continue to slide northeast, into northwest Ohio around the middle of this evening. Late this evening, light snow or snow showers will be possible in any part of northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. Occasional light snow or snow showers will continue until midday Sunday. Accumulations will be very minor, with only a dusting to a fraction of an inch of snow expected.
Along with the light snow, some patchy freezing drizzle will occur, producing a very thin but icy glaze on some surfaces, late tonight and early on Sunday.
