Rollover accident sends driver to hospital

A 22-year-old Williston, Ohio woman was taken by air ambulance to St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center after a rollover accident on State Route 15 just east of TR 196 in Amanda Township.

Police say Chelsea Nissen was driving a Chevy truck on State Route 15 when she went off the north side of the roadway. The vehicle struck a guard rail and then rolled over, coming to a rest on its side on the north side of the roadway.

Ms. Nissen was extricated from the vehicle by the Vanlue Fire Department and then taken by air ambulance to the hospital. Her condition is unknown.

The accident is currently under investigation by the Hancock County Sheriff's Department.
