Second Suspect in Custody for December Home Invasion and Shooting

An Erie man sits behind bars, charged in a home invasion and shooting last month on Erie's east side.

It happened at an apartment near East 26th and Parade Streets December 20th. Three men barged in and shot a 23-year-old man three times.

Over the weekend, police arrested a second suspect in the case - 32-year-old Dimas Colon. 41-year-old Kendall Foster is also charged in the case. Both face several charges including attempted homicide.

The victim suffered a gunshot wound to the head and remains hospitalized in critical condition Monday.

Police are still working to arrest a third suspect.
