A hearing for an Erie man charged in a home invasion and shooting on the city's east side has been postponed.
The incident happened back in December at an apartment near East 26th and Parade Streets. Three men barged in and shot a 23-year-old man multiple times.
Prosecutors asked for a continuance Wednesday in the preliminary hearing of 41-year-old Kendell Foster. The assistant district attorney is considering combining the hearings of Foster and 32-year-old Dimis Colon.
Police arrested Colon over the weekend. Both face several charges, including attempted homicide.
A new hearing for Foster has not been rescheduled.
