A Waterford man pled guilty to driving the car in an accident that killed a 17-year-old.
The accident happened back in October 2011 along Perry Highway at the intersection of Sampson Road.
State police say Michael Scott hit a ditch, went airborne and hit a telephone pole. Scott and his passengers, Aaron Hanes and Cody Glover, were thrown from the car. Glover died a few days later.
Police said the car was reported stolen from Chautauqua county.
Michael Scott pled guilty Tuesday to several charges, including aggravated assault by vehicle. Scott is scheduled to be sentenced March 7th.
Back in December, Aaron Hanes also pled guilty to charges involving the crash.
