Chrysler announces production of Jeep Liberty successor to begin May 23

Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne speaks out about the new Jeep that will soon roll off assembly lines in Toledo.

We'll get our first official look at the new SUV in March. It will be unveiled at the New York Auto Show.

We now have a specific date for the full production launch in Toledo. Marchionne says production gets underway on May 23, and the new SUV should be in most showrooms this July.
