Shots fired at Toledo police cruiser

A scare in East Toledo on Tuesday, when police say shots were fired at a police cruiser. It happened on the 1200 block of Starr around 3:30 Tuesday afternoon.

Toledo Police officers were on routine patrol when someone shot at the police car. The right front passenger window of the squad car shattered.

The officers were not hurt.

They spotted the suspect running down an alley, and officers chased him on foot but didn't catch him. The suspect remains on the loose at this time.

    Heartbreaking photos are coming out of Moore, Oklahoma after a tornado flattened much of the town Monday, killing dozens.
