Appeal filed to keep Andrew Z out of jail

Ousted radio show host Andrew Zepeda is continuing his effort to stay out of jail.  

Andrew Z's attorney, Beau Harvey filed the appeal today, asking the court to stay the jail portion of the sentence. 

Last month,  Wood County Common Pleas judge Alan Mayberry sentenced Zepeda to 30 days in jail and five years probation. That stemmed from charges related to a break-in at his restaurant in 2010.
